Dying in Bgs

I haven't really seen any posts about this and I was just wondering, how do you deal with one of your toons dying in bgs? Do you run them back to the rest somehow?

there is no perfection solution to this. You don't get all that killing power without any drawbacks.

A couple things you can do,
1. suicide-1 die all die.
2. rez,- kill everyone around, rez the dead
3. release the dead, keep your main group going. After the dead rez up, make him/them auto run to you. A.K.A. regroup.

Personally, I always tries to do option 2 and 1. One of my toons dies. Usually this means I am going up against a crowd. I will fight them all. So either I win by wiping all of them out, or I got wiped out.

Another point about BG is that you can really pick your fights. Don't fight the fight where you know you can't win. It sounds simple, but too many players (horde pugs in AV, i am looking at your guys) are just dying mindlessly. Part of it, being Blizzard's fault for no real penalty from dying. Another part is that they are not picking the right fights.

Play your team with a stealthy Rogue mind set, you won't be dying.

Depends on scenario. If I i'm low on mana, and one dies, the odds are that the others will die. If not, it depends on how close the GY is, and figure out how to group up there, or if it's just 1, and no enemies nearby, I'll rez up.

Worst case scenario has been a few AVs I've been in where I've died, and someone takes the insignia forcing them to a GY. I've had this happen in between several toons while GY's are being capped, and actually had my group split at 3 different GYs. Major pain when that happens.

Well i have a ress button, if i die with enuf many and have far to gy i just wait for everyone to die and all release on same time = no diff Gys or res times. I also use FTL leaderless setup so i can swap main and ussualy just use PiP key to swap main window, so i can go on ussualy.

In AV I often rez up and trinket to the HQ.

Was going to suggest this too. Since AV has multiple grave yards, sometimes you get totally messed up. Easier to rez, port, and resync with your team.

In WG, you can also talk to the graveyard rezer, and port to 1 location. Sometimes my guys get split up depending on a fear, then death.

Also, I am so evil against this other Alliance boxer (I know he browses here). Latley, I kill 2 or 3 members of his team in Wintergrasp, loot their bodies, and ghost wolf away. Totally jacks him up

I'm honestly surprised people don't try to mess with boxers more in that sense. I know in an AB or Eots, the worst is watching one of my guys die, then get looted right before a node caps. I've done that a few times against another shammy team, and that's just plain dirty.

Yeah in AB I pretty much stay away from LM -- because one time I went up there and got knocked off with thunderstorm on all 5 guys when I was trying to cap the flag and some shaman hiding behind a rock or some shit comes running at me.

It was very embarrassing because someone else on my team saw and everyone in the BG was making fun of me lolol (it was hilarious though).
