Interesting, if true. Looks like they're trying to shore up the underperforming DPS, though I don't see anything in there for BM hunters.

These are NOT official. They're translated from the Korean WoW site [as you mentioned]...and some things are translated incorrectly. As a blue has clarified:

Actually they are official. They were released on the Official Korean WoW site. When translated to english some of the words get mixed up in the translation.

The mere fact that GC clarified what the poster was asking and didnt deny any thing in the post should give an idea.
