Default Doing dungeon with no tank/healer

How can I queue a whole group for a dungeon without a tank or healer? I remember someone mentioning using thier own off tank to queue and then when dungeon pops, kick tank (their own char) and then invite the char they want. Does the char you invite get the random reward?

Is there a way to dumb down the gear check system so I can get an easier heroic or are they pretty much the same in difficulty since they are built for 80s?

Anything else that would help would be appreciated.

No idea about no tank, but I do my heroics with no healer (pala + 4 ele shamans).
Basically I set one of the shamans as healer + DPS in the dungeon role select option when queuing.

Not sure about what checks does it do for a tank, but it should let you in.

Yeah the kick your own tank works.

You won't get random rewards for the kick/invite character. Your only options are set a char to que as tank/healer(if available), que with another char and replace them(replacees don't get random credit), or run to the instance portal and forget the lfg que(no random credit).

Yeah, the people that did the kick tank trick would have to run two randoms to get random credit for all their characters.

Is doing randoms a problem? I usually do the randoms until it picks on I cannot stand doing and then do a specific instance.

Lrn2Read. He asked if it was possible to que without a character that can que as either tank or healer, thus not filling all 3 required spots for the LFG tool. (IE: 5 Shaman cannot choose a tank) Not possible, I think.

l2ReadingComprehension. He didn't mean "is queing" a problem, he meant "actually doing the instance, why is it an issue to just do multiple randoms so all toons get credit"
