yes , as Multibocks wrote, i use atm a simple macro with
/target X
/cast Repentance

where X are names of mobs, i found it on wowwiki, i missing just hunter mob because judge him not too dangerous, so 1 for priest, 1 for mage, 1 for melee and 1 for rogue

i found a bit hard manage it with round robin, or using /assist mechanics.

recent hotfixes make this part a bit worst for me hehe. i prefer have 2 mages or 2 priests then 2 melee for simple reason melee run to us and hit really hard (pala dps can be "2 shotted")

important thing, i go slow, i kill waves slowly and quitely: sense of this? i need 1 minute for have avaible again repentance, so dont rush.

PS: waves are doable with Seal of light, in case you want more self healing, it s a bit slower but it works. remember change seal when it s boss time
