Rune tap is just nice to keep yourself healed up. Besides that, Howling blast is pretty nice aswell. I asumed you go with a 2h, if you can get 2 1h's that might be nice, especially for the lower levels, since a 1h hit kills them aswell. Depends on what weapons you have availible.

I don't know which glyphs you should pick besides that, spec matters aswell.
