    I agree with dropping the Boomkin. I love the class, but the PROC based rotation just sucks to box.

    I dropped my own Boomkin for a Warlock, and haven't looked back (4500 GS Boomkin for a 78 Warlock at the time... lol)

    I've tried 'box healing with a Resto Druid, and didn't like it personally, but I know plenty of folks do it just fine, you just gota get used to a different way of healing.

    I think the biggest issue people have with resto druids is they don't realize that druids are a different style of healing. Priest, Shaman, Paladin healing, it's all reactive. Druid healing is much more proactive (yet still reactive) than purely waiting for a toon to lose health. Your best healing is always going to be 2 or 3 GCDs away.
