On PVE servers, questing just the easy quests is stupid fast and easy with RAF.
I don't think server type really matters anymore. The world is pretty dead and most people I see don't even engage combat anymore. My current group has never been ganked.. and I'm 75.

So.. feel safe on PVP servers too.
