I use one click slot do this:

/castsequence heroic strike,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,cleave,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

This throws in one of each every so often, and doesn't eat up rage.
