Need ideas to solve DPS problem

What are you using, as far as the dps macro for the shammies?
Which totems are you using?
Which glyphs?

Not sure if there's anything there, but maybe.

No comprehensive macros really. CL and LB are on independant keys so I can mix as necessary. I tend to weave CL in either 1st or 2nd after LvB, depending on my distance to the target so I can be certain that Clearcasting goes off.

The only routine macro I have is for FS/LvB (note that I have 4pc T9)
/castsequence reset=target Flame Shock, Lava Burst, Lava Burst, Lava Burst

I also use this next macro for burndowns, usually stacking it with Bloodlust for certain bosses where I know I can stand still and spamcast.

Stacking that macro with BL, I pull 5k to 5.8k DPS on a few heroic bosses, but that is very, very rare. Usually it's more like 4k.

Glyphs are ToW, LB, FS.

Totems are as follows
Shaman 1 - Stoneskin, ToW, Mana Spring, Nature Res
Shaman 2 - Strength of Earth, ToW, Healing Stream, Wrath of Air
Shaman 3 - Tremor, ToW, Cleansing, Windfury
