You can also try an speculate in buying fx. cloth, then tailor stuff, DE it and sell the Mats on AH.

You can find items which gives a fair margin.

For me, all crafted items ends up being DE in the end.

Tailor - Cloth to Item - Item gets DE
Leather - Leather to item - Item gets DE

When I level the above professions I always make stuff I can DE. Always!
And my Enchanting is the last ability I level - Always.

I usually lvl my professions all at once. It's usually when my guild bank gets to crowded.

They do it because sometimes they can actually sell it at this price. Sometimes markets dries up and someone might need this item now and don't care for the price.

I did it with light leather at some point. I listed some stacks at 130% of the normal rate with my other stacks at 100%. I got some of the 130% sold due to the low supply one evening.

Also it messes up the numbers in Auctioneer.

If you want free money you can also camp a toon at Halaa in Garadar. Every 30 mins the weapon vendor restocks 3 each of [item=30568]The Sharp Cookie[/item] and [item=30570]Arkadian Claymore[/item] Total purchase price 3 x 11g = 33g.

    Total profit per 30 mins is: 3 x (0,75 x 1,5 x Greater Planar Essence price + 0,22 x 3,5 x Arcane Dust price + 0,03 x 1 x Large Prismatic Shard price) - 33.

    With prices GPE = 25g, AD = 5g and LPS = 10g, total profit is 161g.

If you allready know your way around the AH and you want to speed things up A LOT., then the Quick Auction addon is incredible. It can automate your entire posting and auction canceling once you set things up right. So if you allready try to make money with certain markets i'd definitely suggest you try it out. (aslong as you're not on grim batol! )

Is quick auction better than auctioneer?

Everywhere i read people use both, i'm far from an auctioneer pro, so i'm not exactly sure what QA offers what auctioneer doesn't. I do know that once i set up prices for items i can just click "post" and QA does:
    1. posts an item on a fallback price if there are no other items of the items i want to post.
    2. if there is an item allready on the AH it undercuts that item with a set amount of gold/silver/copper.
    3. It doesn't post an item if there is an item allready on the AH, which is posted under a set threshold price.
    4. you can set how many auctions from an item you want max on the AH, the size of stacks, duration.

And it does all that with 1 click on a button, once you set those options for the items you want to post.

So aslong as you make specifc profiles for groups you can post glyphs combined with craftables epics on a single click. Where both use about the opposite settings. (cheap & bulk vs expensive & rare)

i'm starting off in the glyph market, let's see how it goes. It does look promising though.
Especially with Quick actioneer i can automate a lot so i takes only a couple of minutes to cancel & repost.

I recently started it too. There is a bit of competition. I've found I need a pretty big stock to make it work, but it's easy to build over time. It starts to pay off when glyphs you bought for 50s - 5g last week are now 30-50g, or there is no competition at all and you can sell them for 50-75g a piece in a few hours. I don't know why scribes put them up for 1-5g, less than the cost of mats probably.

One thing I learned from the guys that have been doing it on my server awhile is to list them for 12-24 hours max (not 48). You will most likely be undercut 2-3 times on most of your glyph auctions and you'll want them back in your mailbox as soon as possible. If they don't sell in a few hours they probably won't at all.

Ii've got my fallback price at 16g atm, i want to get rid of some competition first before i'll let the price rise again. But there are about 10 people posting glyphs a couple of times a day atm, i try to cancel & repost every few hours, see if i can get rid of some. I bought a batch of glyphs for 30s yesterday :> Be carefull that you do not buy glyphs that are listed here(http://www.wow-professions.com/wowgu...ion-guide.html) for leveling, since there will always be more supply of them the needed.

I've got everything worked out atm, expect for how i supply my glyph mule with new glyphs. I'm gonna try and have the mule have a stack of atleast 3 glyphs in his bags, so once there's a stack less then 3 i know i have to craft it. Because i was checking beancounter to see what sold, then craft those glyphs on my main, but this just takes to long, should be able to do that more effective.

How do you refill the glyphs on your mule? or do you use your scriber to auction them?
