Boxing raids for PvE seem fun but it needs a lot of work. For some, like me, theres the first setback: PvP gear.
Naxx is doable in any gear i guess, but the rest ain't that easy.

Also who's in and who's out? What kind of content? How many hours per day?
And the schedule of some ppl are simply out of reach to make raids viable.

My major concern is not wanting to prejudicate my fellow boxers in their uber pve gear, cause after 1 minute i get mana starved :P
I guess we can try naxx one of these days, not that hard to get 4*5boxers and 5 monobox friends to come along.
