I would look to either adding a HKN script to your arsenal, specifically for mouse broadcasting.
Or moving to IS Boxer.

Either gets you quick and easy mouse broadcasting, where you move the mouse in the main window, and can place 'ground click' AoE's in the other windows.

Using SetView scripts to synchronize your views will help, for any boxing solution.

With KC, the fastest is to just physically move the mouse to each window and quickly position and click each target circle. The easiest is to use the mouse broadcast feature, set in the general tab of setup; but that is fairly slow and you actually rapidly PiP swap from session to session -- and KC PiP swaps aren't that fast.
