dunbal dar bridge fun: death grip + thunderstorm

While having a convo about boxing with a dk today, we got this fun idea to death grip an enemy into a thunderstorm on the dun baldar bridge. After a few tries to get the timing and positioning right, other dks / shammies from our team joined as well. What worked best was to position a dk at the edge of the bridge with the shaman more to the middle. A few mages/hunters behind us took care of keeping the enemy at range, and the healers kept us alive. I was awesome as the whole team (well apart from the occasional whiners) had big fun and worked together (which is rather and exception in AV on my BG). Played a bunch of Av's throughout the day, and we kept repeating the tactic whenever possible. Works best if the alliance has only Stormpike gy of course. After a while they just kept waiting at the other side of the bridge and not knowing what to do. Though there is always someone stupid enough to run forward and get gangbanged. Not that we can keep doing this in the next days as it's rather easy to counter once you know whats happening.

It's big fun and a great motivator for the team, all in all worth a try if you are bored from the usual AV

haha this reminds me of back in the day when DKs were new, I took my 4box DK group and split them about 15y apart, and I would have them all grip people from the flag to the generals room and get our 50 HKs inside achievement, it was fun =)

At the end we had about 15 DKs ina semi-ros where we could grip people from the bridge almost all the way to the general.

there's always a douchebag who stands outside the group and grips the target to him instead of the next DK, but.. oh well lol

works best on rogues and warriors, they have ZERO sit. awareness (in PvP and PvE :P ) and never notice you kiting them to a cliff in ghost wolf, they think you are going to peter pan off the edge (cause that's what they do when the shit hits the fan) and then you ts them and you can just see their stupid little pre-pubescent tears rolling down their cheeks as they fall to their death.
