I farmed forever not to see one. I only needed one for my lone pally. I ended up buying one but it was 19k to buy it. sucks but its what I had to do.

holy hell, they only sell for about 10k on my server.

I've had 3 drop all late at night while doing the instances for normal gear. Sold the first one for 30k used the 2nd and still have the 3rd. Got one from each zone, random epics are random.
