jamba help team setup

hey guys I'm using the jamba addon and I'm not sure if im setting my team up right. Atm im dualboxing 2 hunters and I put in the box my 2 characters but it always says that my other character is offline. So when i set up my team my main character doesnt have the other char in the jamba team box. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction ive been to jamba's main page but it doesnt help me.

Put both names in the boxes of BOTH toons. Also make sure they are using the same channel for communications. After trying those two things we will look deeper.

Generally pick one toon to be the master.
Enter every toon's name on the master toon.

And then on each slave (one in your case), enter the master's name.
And set the master as the master for the team.

Then go onto the main, and "push" the settings to the team.
Each member should then accept any settings from the master.
Which will include all of the other slaves.

Once you have that done, you can make a change on any toon, and push it to all others.
