Single Window Hotkey Toggle

I've newly leveled up a druid and am trying to come up with a good way to deal with Eclipse.

I plan on using an add-on to get the proc notification to show on my tank's (paladin) ui which is my main screen.

I'm wondering if there is a way to do two things with IS:

1) set a key to toggle just my druid's keypress from 2 to shift-2 when my main keypress is constant ("2" from my paladini window, my dps "spam" button)

2) Have a persistant visual "button" from IS that tells me the state of my druid's toggled key (either "2" or "Shift 2").

1. If you set it up so that your druid's key press from that is done via a separate Mapped Key using a Do Mapped Key Action, you can toggle that separate Mapped Key with a Mapped Key State Action. Unloading it with such an action will mean Do Mapped Key cannot do it.

I've done something similar for my 5 paladins, where I can set my ret paladins to switch between exorcism and flash of light for instant cast procs. I actually set it to rotate between healing themselves, healing the tank, and all-out DPS mode (my healer will also start dpsing).

Thanks Ualaa. I only have one druid so its even simpler. The thing I wanted to add to all this was some type of persistent ui element to tell me which sequence I'm currently asking the druid to cast (wrath or starfire). Once they've fixed the UI proc problem in WoW I could see have two on screen symbols that are color coded (sybmol one representing the proc status on the druid: grey = no eclipse, green = starfire eclipse, and red = wrath eclipse; symbol two would represent the current druid spell keymap status: green=starfire, red=wrath).

What I've been doing lately on my rogue is making my rogue join/leave action groups for this... I've got an action group for hunger for blood and another for mutilate/eviscerate castsequences.... I press a key and the rogue leaves one, joins the other, and when I let go of the key, it switches back... it's like a modifier for one toon since I keep spamming G17 and everyone else keeps doing their thing.

I'm hurrying to get it ready (I want it myself ASAP) but I don't have a solid ETA. At first it might be a little unwieldly since this is the first iteration of such a feature. But, you will be able to create panels of buttons with icons and be able to click them to have different things happen, change the icons, etc.

I suspect it might be ready for testing by next week but I've got a lot of things going on at the moment (not to mention a baby coming in about 3 weeks).

You don't really need to know which your druid is casting (wrath or starfire), just that you have had an Eclipse proc, and are switching to the other. It doesn't hurt to have a notification of the Eclipse state, but I personally wouldn't bother beyond a notification of an Eclipse proc.

I like the toggle keymap, where you spam the same key but based on the toggle it is sometimes Wrath and sometimes Starfire as the result of the key spam. You could even use a mouse key as the hotkey for a toggle, or as a modifier key. There was a neat guide on isboxer.com about this:

I would probably prefer to start with Wrath, as Starfire is the preferable spell to be casting, so you'd rather have the bonus on Starfire.
