ps. I would like to stress this again unless you RAID on your 5 toons, DON'T use heroic dummy, its lvl 83 just like 10/25 man bosses, not 5 man heroic ones.

Definitely if you are not level 83 hit capped than do not use the Heroic dummy. I have been pretty lucky I do not run into many folks using the same dummy i am. I do have a heck of a time with my chain lightening jumping I will have to try and get closer.

DPS seems fine you're not hit capped for a raid boss and you don't have a CoE debuff. You're not always going to have that DPS unless you can sit on 1 target the whole time in a heroic. Switching targets / moving from things bosses do is going to lower it.

One shaman is resto thus why his dps is so low.

Next question would be why is my dps so much lower in heroics? its a good 1000-1500 lower dps I would say I dont get excited I dont think so I dont click faster.Any specific reason for that? Ill take a screen shot next time I do one. I suppose it has something to with how fast it dies maybe? Because most bosses only last 35-40 seconds. So that obviously has to have some effect the longest a boss typically will last is 1min-130 MAX but my spaming on a target dummy is considerably longer I would say.

Also remember that in the heroics you have, adds, web wraps, ice tombs, or whatever.. if you switch targets for any reason or have a macro that automatically targets the wraps/tombs then you are switching away from your main target which will have a small effect on your dps.

Hrmm.... Replacing a Shaman with a Warlock.... Most interesting I bet that does make a Huge difference..... increases my tanks hps increases my shamans dps not to mention gives a nice bit of bonus to a group (soul stones) ect... Very interesting! What are some other benefits of this... I already have a level 70 warlock waiting in the wings if I went this route...... Dont Love the idea of this guy not having ANY items what so ever but thats just a week of badge farming.

The warlock will not pull his/her own weight initially.
But with the CotE, the others will each improve by a large margin (3 DPS improving by 13% each = 39%).
And you'll probably be close to what you were before (lock only has to do ~60% of any one shammy).

And then down the road, as your lock gears up.
He should get fairly comparable to your shammies.
    And then you are golden.

Wouldnt it be safe to say that by the time the lock got to 80 (from 70) and then got his full T9 or what ever that the shaman that your taking out would be doing more damage if you just invested that time to that character? (sorry not sure if that even makes sense im in so much pain right now its not even funny... Kidney Stones)

PSA Drink lots of Water!!!! apparently that reduces your chances to get these aweful things!
