I think they upped the drop rate on the blue protos. I got one last week after MONTHS of farming it and my guild mate got 3 in a matter of a few days.

in the past year ive seen that thing drop twice. the first time i lost the roll to a guild-mate. the 2nd time was yesterday, and i lost the roll to some scrub mage that didnt even know it existed. actually, i was the only person that new it existed. i was so pissed...
