What are you trying to gear for for your team? Heroics?? If so I believe the ?? target dummy to be a bad judge of how well your doing. Gearing for heroics is different than raiding. Especially +hit

??? I was under the impression that the heroic target dummy (the big one) was tuned to be heroic is that not accurate??

The ?? dummy is tuned to be a level 83 raid boss IE Bosses in 10 / 25 mans
