Dailies. With 5 toons, you can get about 1300g a day in icecrown doing multiboxing friendly dailies.

Yep search on here for daily routes and you can make about 1200 gold in 45 mins with normal flyers.

    Dailies. 'Nuff said.

If you can stand the collection quests (learn how interact with target works), getting Loremaster of Northrend (doing the required number of quests) will get you several thousand in gold and gear (de for dust and shards).

Gathering, gathering, gathering. You should have a herber, a miner, and a skinner, and a tailor. I geared up my guys at 80 with quest gold and gathered mats - and the only thing I bought was frozen orbs, for the most part.

Run instances. A lot. Outlands instances are easy, and the mats from DEing should still sell well on your server.

Level a tailor, grind cloth, make level 75+ green items, DE, sell dust and essences.

Level a blacksmith, make cobalt and saronite green gear, DE, sell dust and essences. Cobalt and saronite are ridiculously easy to find, or on my server, dirt cheap, it's been hovering over the vendor price for weeks.

Level an alchemist, sell the transmutes.

Level a JCer, sell the dragon's eyes from the daily.

Level an Inscriptionist, make and sell Darkmoon cards. These *always* sell, for me. It's my most reliable way to get cash fast, I can double my money if I buy the herbs, grind them, make the cards, and sell them. My inscriptionist is lucky, she makes Nobles cards every other card.

    Sell instance runs.

Figure out what people need to buy, on a constant basis. Enchants, gear, glyphs, whatever. Have some on the AH every day. The assorted rods that enchanters need are good sellers, belt buckles sell well, shield spikes and weapon chains as well.

Run Halls of Stone normal every day, collect the Relics, sell.

Sell everything you get. Meat and fish sell. Flasks sell. Raiders buy flasks in large quantities - grind for the mats from Tuesday through Thursday Friday, get them on the AH over the weekend. Arctic salmon sell very well.

Run the AH every day, several times. Study it for trends. You can clear out your inventory fast simply by undercutting someone by 2%, because they'll often buy you out to preserve their control of that item.

Hell, pick a zone, and kill everything in it. You should have a rolling death machine at 80, you can wipe out Borean Tundra while watching TV. Clear your bags, kill the entire zone, and sell or vendor everything. You could do several hundred gold an hour that way - more in the higher level zones if greens and blues drop.

Money isn't that hard. 25k is pretty good chunk of gold, but just be patient and be creative. You have 5 toons at your command, most people have 1.

If there is one truth about WoW, if you have time, you have all you need to make the gold you need. If I had more time to play, I would have hundreds of thousands in gold, just from farming and running instances.

Just doing quests on your first team will make you a fair bit of gold.
Once you have the slow flyer + cold weather flying, you can do the dailies.
Repeat until you have the epic flyers.
Then pretty much do your dailies of choice every day.
My route is 15 dailies (icecrown only) in an hour, which makes me 1100g across the team.

When you're on the second team, you'll have the first team farming 1000+ per day.
    Which adds up fast.
Also, questing on this team will be faster, since you can buy cold flying books and mail them.
So the 2nd team and later can fly from 70th (or 71st onwards) in Northrend.
So you'll make gold a lot easier and faster.
And there's the residual supply of 1k gold per day, per team already at 80th.

When Cataclysm hits, I'll probably just do dailies for 2 weeks or so, with 3 or 4 teams.
Make a pile of gold, and let the "new" newbie zones depopulate.
Plus then, there will be an extra 50-60k towards whatever cash sink they put into Cataclysm.
Once you can level again, dailies make you very little because you're also getting exp's.
And the old stuff is generally very slow exp's compared the the new/current stuff.

Make sure you're exalted with the Valiance Expedition, or the Horde Equivalent. You should hit exalted with them just by doing quesets up to 80. If not, add the PvP quests in Grizzly Hills to your daily rotation. They give 125 Valiance Expedition (or the horde equivalent) each.

Doing so, and then going to one of the starting towns in Howling Fjord, or Borean Tundra, will get you an Epic Flyer for 4000g instead of 5000g. A nice 5000g discount per group you level up.

Yea like said do your dailies. Also mentioned make sure you do every quest in northrend for loremaster achievement as well. I did it with one character and not kidding doing every quest there and dailies for one month i had almost 15k gold. Which with 5 im working on atm ive got 5k gold each reg flying at 75 and anything else ill need. At 77 im thinking ill have something like 8-9k gold on each then ill get epic flying and cold weather flying. 80 will be easy i have 5 shamans and 5 druids. Shaman alliance druid horde.

These toons will be my money makers doing dailies and herbing skinning and mining. I already have maxed enchanting, lw, tailoring, jc, bs, scribe. So all those mats will help finish my alch who is 50 lvls short of max. Then i can make tons of gear and d.e it and sell.

Half the d.e mats go into my guild bank for me other half sell. I do this with leather and herbs and gems. Hey i might as well cut half my revenue just to make sure i dont spend more then what i make buying stuff later right.

But if you do it right youll have tons of money all the professions which will save you tons in the long run, and never worry about money again. My goal by cataclysm next year is to have all 30 of my toons lvl 80 with 30k+ gold on each.

Why so much goblin teams and worgen teams. This way i can take a certain amount from each toon and send it to the new characters. Helps in the long run also i am thinking of making the new teams just gathering professions no more actual ones lol. No need to have 40 plus characters with over lapping making prof.
They say spiders have 8 legs well i guess im a rare and unimaginable specimen. Ive got 9 legs and my web comes from that 9th leg. HaHa.
