a) That would mean you have to be online and in a town with /2. 95% of my playtime is not in those zones

c) There's a appr. 1-hour delay on mail sent to you, making it harder to keep track of what's left to buy
d) People are reluctant to send mails CoD because it can take up to 3 days (if I remember correctly) before the mail is returned if recipient doesn't accept
