    Default Firewall blocking Innerspace/ISBoxer

I decided to try out Innerspace/ISBoxer, but having some probs with the setup for 2 pc's. Been reading on forums and tried different things, but my firewall keep blocking Innerspace.

My main pc Run Vista, and slave Winxp. When i disable firewall on slave pc, they connect and all 5 clients start. But when enabling firewall on slave again, the 2 clients on slave pc fail to start.

I have enabled connection in firewall on both pc's, for both Innerspace and ISBoxer toolkit, and i am running Innerspace as administrator on Vista pc. On "configuration" in Innerspace i have enabled connection, and both pc's have their unique names.

Any suggestions what i do wrong, or what i can try please? Thanks in advance =)

I think you answered your own question.

Turn off the firewall. (or figure out what ports Innerspace is using, and open those ports up in your firewalls. there are tools out there to help you do this.. )

Search for "CPORTS" on google.com (freeware app)

The port for IS itself by default is 10101 (TCP), which is shown when you are enabling incoming connections. This is explained in the Using Multiple Computers instructions: "In the General tab of the Configuration window, about halfway down is Uplink Networking. You will need to check the Enable incoming connections on port box, and if you like, you can also change the port number. You may need to open this port (incoming TCP) in your firewall -- there may be a pop-up from the firewall the next time Inner Space is launched."

ISBoxer (for the Multiple Computer Helper) uses port 10102

You may be able to just add exceptions to the Windows Firewall for Inner Space and ISBoxer, otherwise open TCP ports 10101 and 10102 on the "slave" PC(s) through the firewall.
