i dont view the changes as nerfs really. in farming, i find them to be mearly a hinderance on the overall fight. really annoying when ionar disperses and when he comes back you hit him twice and disperses again. *facepalm*

i do think that making them do it just once is a little much. could have simply put the abilities on a timer instead of making it occur at a specific percentage of hp. that way, the high geared players can easily breeze through it with no problems. and the undergeared groups that happen to do it (if those still exist) get to experience a more involved fight by having to endure more (if that makes sense).
