    Well, for comparison I will summarize my mage.

    • Class - Undead Mage| 2339SP| 15.07%Crit| 415Haste| 152Hit
    • Spec - Arcane - 57/03/11 - http://www.wowarmory.com/talent-calc...00000000000000
    • Primary DPS Macro - I posted it in the compendium and it's in the wiki. I use a /click sequence in an attempt to achieve the following cast sequence - Arcane Blast X 4, Arcane Misslies
    • DPS achieved against dummy - I think 3.5k, but this grouped with all my toons and it's been a while

    Not sure what other classes you roll with really, for what its worth I have a near full arcane spec mage too. I tried the icy veins and couldn't find a good rotation to warrant the frost just for the icy veins. Some of the toys in arcane that are omitted with the build I do like.

    For one thing if you use powerauras, i would setup a alert for slowed/snared targets. You would be surprised how much torment of the weak is available.

    How much push back do you really have? I would remove arcane subtly and reduce stability for sure. Do you really counter spell that much to silence? I wonder if your trying to nail casters if this is actually where you feel subtly is needed with that aggro.

    I find Incanters' Absorption nice, I would use a procwatch tool to see how often its up. I basically fire up a shield before every fight right when shaman drop totems and paladin please ... anyways a bomb goes off or some damage volley. Its free spell power.

    Are you really fully resisted often? Arcane absorption seems nice, but then the fine print comes into play. Arcane shielding isn't all its cracked up to be as well. Your mana pool is so huge.

    You might think of the molten glyph, depending on what your crit rate is. You really need to feed this tree crits for the ferocious inspiration and leverage the heavy damage bonuses, to offset the heavy mana costs.
