Not sure on his forum name, but I'm using the one posted here by Chilkoot (character name).
Well almost, I omit the Storm Crown quests (4 of them).
And do an extra Ice Crown quest.
About an hour to run.
1120-1150 gold, between the five toons.
Plus 1.5 to 2.5 stacks of Frostweave and 0-6 greens.
Rarely extra stuff.
You can shave that down to 1100g quest rewards, in 45 mins, if you don't loot except quest mobs.
Edit
1. Take everything from the airship, except the PvP quest.
2. Fly to 63,51 (Alliance) take Ground Assault.
3. Do it, go to the cave (57,57) rescue prisoners.
4. Turn in the escort.
5. Fly to 64,60, kill the giant, use the spinal fluid.
6. Enter chamber use fluid near a cauldron.
7. Fly over the edge, do the two dailies there.
8. Fly to crusaders pinnacle (79,72) and gryphon to shadow vault.
9. Take the three dailies and do them (can have 5x toons use banner at once).
10. Fly to Death's Rise (20,48) take 2 dailies (skip the one with keys + lock boxes).
11. Fly to the harbor, land on a tower. Gather a bunch of gryphon guys and kill them AoE, then use the item on their corpses.
12. Fly back to Death's Rise and turn in, then gryphon to Ebon Hold and turn in.
13. Fly SE to 55,29, gather 10x item from npc's and 5x item from void walkers.
14. Over edge to summoning stone (54,34), click the skulls.
15. Follow path (flying) to cauldrons, click item at (48,32).
16. Fly up the stairs and ramp, into building on the left.
17. Gather the items from the chest, combine them on all toons (will only need to gather them once every 5 days); use the combined item to summon the mob. Kill him.
18. Run to exit and fly out the direction you are facing, head to 55,46. Do Drag and Drop.
19. Cartographer shows the airships position. Alternatively hearth to Dalaran and have Officer Van Rossem (FP area) send you to the airship.
20. Turn everything in.
