I don't have trouble with either boss but am in favor of those changes. The stolen flesh and dispersed bits just feel like they slow the fight down, once you learn the mechanic and they're no longer scary.

Yeah the DTK one will just serve to speed things up, I ran both of these last night and I did notice them (Before I knew about the changes) so much better now.
Disperse was a bit annoying but I really don't know why they changed DTK since that has been one of the easiest bosses anyway.
The only time that I did the HoL nerfed boss I healed my toons through the spider things, do these only spawn once now or is it only the nova burst thing that spawns once?

That's... kind of lame.
I really welcome the change to Disperse only happening once. I use channeled abilities on almost my entire team: priest=penance, mage=arcane missiles, hunter=some shots
When channeling an ability the characters turn to face the target which breaks any strategy involving spreading them out and strafing them. My (not very successful) strategy was to simply collapse when he Disperses and follow the tank, then I run back and spread out again after Dispersal. I wasn't very successful at trying to just heal through the sparks.
Now I might have a much easier time just healing through that 1 Dispersal and tank and spank the rest of the fight.

i dont view the changes as nerfs really. in farming, i find them to be mearly a hinderance on the overall fight. really annoying when ionar disperses and when he comes back you hit him twice and disperses again. *facepalm*
i do think that making them do it just once is a little much. could have simply put the abilities on a timer instead of making it occur at a specific percentage of hp. that way, the high geared players can easily breeze through it with no problems. and the undergeared groups that happen to do it (if those still exist) get to experience a more involved fight by having to endure more (if that makes sense).
