Not only do I get a lockout, but it also sometimes gives me dungeons I'm already locked out of. Lockouts reset at like 9am ST or something, so I figured do it before that and then after. I did a full set of instances Friday afternoon, then woke up at 4am and started over and they were all locked.
Yeah its still buggy at the moment. A few unusual things I experienced over the weekend:
1. Queued up, got instance ready message - click accept on toons, loading screen pops up, then drops me back to Dal with "additional instances can't be launched" and the DF debuff.
2. Random dungeon is Occulus (which I don't particularly like) so I port back out and figure I'd do the 1st 2 bosses of Drak'Tharon while I'm waiting for the DF debuff to expire. After the 15 mins are up I port back to Dal and fire up the DF - and I get Drak as my random dungeon - and port back into the exact same dungeon I left minutes ago (with trash cleared and 2 bosses down). I did get the extra emblems at the end though.
I'm sure this will get fixed over the coming weeks....

Wow confusing with all the errors this Random Dungeon function generate.
Maybe thats whats its actually for - to generate random bugs?

I've been running heroics quite a bit in the last few day using the dungeon finder and ran into this bug only once.
It is a bit annoying but since the debuff is only 15min and from my perspective it rarely happens I personally can live with it.
I have been getting this problem constantly. It starts off ok but once I get to the point where I have done 4-6 heroics it really becomes an issue. I spoke to a gm about it on saturday and they said they had no reports of issues like this and they would look into it.
About 60-70% of the time when I get sent back to a hc I've already cleared there are no bosses at all. The rest of the time the bosses are there but when you kill them they don't drop a badge. I did notice they do drop shards tho if you cleared them earlier when horde didn't have wg.
Anyway, that's my experiences with it so far. It is really screwing up my farming plans though. Take friday as an example...everything was going great got COS, HOL, AN, Nexus, UP then Gundrak. Then EIGHT times in a row I was send back to either HOL, UP or COS. That's 2 hours of debuffs. Gave up for the day at that point.
Random LFG Tool ignores lockouts. Thats by design.

I assumed the "additional instances cannot be launched" msg was just that, a cap on available resources. Ive had this before the random lfg system was ever implemented, during peak server hours. I do agree however that if encountered it shouldnt give a debuff.
I have also ran into the empty instance's, all I can do for now is throw in an 80 alt I suppose. Thanks for the "workaround"
