With IS Boxer, you can enable "repeater", which gets you a 1:1 broadcast of keys or mouse movement/clicks.
This is particularly useful for clicking on portals, or entering your password.
Keyclone is the equivalent of "repeater on always".
Except that you can blacklist stuff to not be sent to any client.
And can pause the action.
With IS Boxer...
In general, you'd play with "repeater" off.
And then rely on Keymaps.
Keymaps are hotkey/action combinations.
If a key is not part of a keymap, then pressing it will affect the current window, but nothing else.
So it is effectively blacklisted from repeating.
If a key is hotkey for a keymap, then it will trigger one or more actions.
For example, you can have your arrow keys, trigger the same key in all windows without current (which results in slaves moving independently from the master toon).
A keymap is very flexible, but will only do what you configure it to.
Chances are, if you want it to do something, which Blizzard allows us to do, you can with a Keymap.
