Default Healing with interact to target

I am boxing 4 pallys, and 1 priest.

I spam Interact to target mainly in pvp, now the problem is. When I spam interact to target, and when I push my keybind for my priest to heal me. The priest either has a delay of 3-5 seconds before he heals, or he doesn't heal at all.

Its like hes in queue, or something.

I tried setting up interact to target to only go to my 4 pallys, but it still happens, not sure what to do can anyone give me some advice?

why are you using "interact with target"? why not use macros to target one of your pallies? I only use interact with target for talking to npcs across characters, or using it to have my characters face the mob I am fightning.

also check you are not using delays in isboxer or any delays in your keyboard software(if you have one)

I use interact to target in pvp, because it faces them and attacks them. Real people move around alot, interact to target is like a glue that sticks to them. and nope, I am not using any delays.

ah ok, thought you were just doing PVE not PVP.

Hmm the only thing I can think of is lag.. Do you experience any sort of lag on your main while your other character is casting a spell?

None at all, I have to spam interact to target, and when I heal its like I spam interact to target so much. Its still going even when I don't push the button on my pallys.

However interact to target isn't even binded to my priest, and the FTL DPS key isn't set to go to my priest either. Yet, when I push my priest heal hot key, after hitting interact to target 20x. The heal finally casts 3-5 secs later, or it just doesn't.

Its not entirely clear who IWT is being spammed on. I read this as you having all 5 characters doing hand to hand and then you want one of them to cast a spell. When you do this there is a delay. My guess is that your queuing up these interact with target keys that are being spammed and it takes a while for them to bleed off.

This seems to be why characters run off in crazy directions as well, that during this queue they are apt to select a target if one is not available or similar. That there is no way to bleed off the IWT.

I believe this is more a function of the mouse click to move pathing than actually targeting.

Maybe your pressing both keys at the same time and that causes problems for your keyboard.

You can see this when you loot, you spam interact with target obnoxiously for a group quest item or a item with a bop prompt and you get the 'i cannot loot that' or 'object busy' errors. Then try and cast a spell (so for me 'all thunderstorm') and it will occur a considerable delay from when I typed it (and might not actually occur if i am hyper obnoxious with the spamming)

My guess is that there is a pathing compute function that has this lag associated with it.

Can you put the key that you use to interact with target on a do not pass list?
    Not familiar with ISBOXER.

This way there shouldn't be any queue of key presses for the priest to work through.
Team: Feral Druid, 3 Ele Shaman, 1 Resto Shaman

    Gimp Team: 4 paladins(13) and a DK(80)

    Thank you!

I am glad someone has the same problem I do. The problem is mainly for pvp, pve it doesn't really bother much unless the npc blinks or moves around alot.

This is EXACTLY what I am trying to do, however its confusing as balls. I multibox across two computers, about to be three. ISBoxer has a setting for whitelist/blacklisting keys, however its not very customizable from what I see it will only blacklist keys to all clients except your main. There has to be a way you can easily blacklist a key to only go to a certain character or action target group. But I don't see that option anywhere.

If anyone knows a way to do this, could you please post it?
