Not sure what you mean, but try this:

/cast [nomod] SPELL1;[mod:alt] SPELL2;[mod:ctrl] SPELL3

I believe you can also use ralt, lalt, rctrl, lctrl etc.

this may do the trick, i shall try it out soon
