My 1st attempts ended pretty much the same, with lvl 200 gear. I tried again with 219/226 and replenishment and he went down without incident.

I suspect you are geared (or soon will be with 3.3), so maybe find a source of replenishment if you're still going oom. Maybe 3.3 gear will make this encounter more accessible, even without replenishment.

    Good luck

Lost of videos of people have posted videos ... odd that you couldnt find them

I had some choppy health moments and blew Ardent right away, panicked before the rhythm was setup and over healed quite a bit. Its pretty easy with gear and discipline priest like Maxion has he has grace, inspiration, aegis up the whole time. Its not clear how much shielding he does, but the tank is absorbing plenty in that fight.

I pop gift of the noob from everyone on the tank and get that ticking right away to smooth things which helps until the procs/buffs are in play.

I did some micromanagement on the healer, to reduce overhealing and thus not waste mana. Which basically involved swapping between two action bars, one with spam healing and one with less. (I'm sure there are far better ways of healing, but I'm lazy and like one button spamming)

You have more dps than me, so I would definately go frost and focus on your tank/healer relationship.
