Question about LFG tool / random dungeon - bug?

Are you guys also getting locked out when joining up with a premade group? I used to think it was a bug that I got locked out after doing the instance once (i.e. no bosses the second time the dungeon was assigned), but then I read this post which seems to suggest that you need to group with a "stranger":

Anyone know of any info on this issue?

It's glitchy at present. Been discussed a number of times in other threads, basically you have to wait it out and hope it goes away for now.

yeah i had alot of problems with that, talked to a gm and he just said blabla we know it, cant help out blabla

Any information on whether this is intended or not?

it is unintended and being worked on. Just have to try again in 15 minutes for now (we just run a specific regular in the meantime, usually).
