Well I finally downed the first boss and was real close on the second guys. I think my big issue is that my toons aren't assisting correctly for some reason. I may do a new ISBoxer profile tomorrow and see if that helps, right not interact with target is not working properly at all for some odd reason.
From my solo experience in PuGs heroics in general just hit harder than the regular bosses and the odd one has an extra twist?
Lastly, my locks seems to be running out of mana faster than I would like in Destro spec, their mana pool is around 12.5 k, what should I be aiming for? Or should I be using Life tap during fights to top them up?
    Thanks for the help

In your dps macros you can do something like
    /assist <tankname>
    /target frost tomb

which will automatically cause all your dps to target the tomb and blow it up.

On my shamans I actually ran them all close to the boss. I would drop magma totems anytime the skeletons come along. This also helped with the tombs as my bears swipe would help break out the tombed character as well. Having your characters close will allow your pally consecrate to break tombs too.

You have isboxer so could drop a shadowfury on your locks over your tombed char to help break it out quickly.

On the warlocks you can lifetap if you are okay for health, plus make sure you have a supply of runic mana potions to chug to help.

So I have slept on my night of failures lol and I think I need to practice on thrash mobs to get my casting, healing and above all tank aggro working better.
What I am seeing with my dps is that they are not creating enough dps for their gear and spec, (is it worth trying Demo for my Locks?) .I think I will have to revisit their dps spam macro and see what can be modified on it.
On my healer I think he is working pretty well, probably the best of the group but I do still need to get some "oh shit" buttons setup on him to help my team more.
Finally my tank just seems to be sucking right now. I am at 541 defense but I think my health at 20k just seems to low, I did a quick thrash test ih regular HoL and he was losing health too fast in my opinion and required a lot of healing to get him through 3 - 4 mobs at a time. The down side of the healing was that it took my focus away from holding aggro and so several times I had to chase mobs down who were beating on the rest of the team lol.

I suppose my lesson from all this is that I have not done any dungeon runs up until I hit 80 and I am only now learning how to make the team work more effectively together.
Thanks for all the help and hopefully soon I will be back to having some fun with clearing these dungeons instead of creating huge repair bills lol.

Instances will force you to use your teams abilities to the fullest. This usually means lots of macros and keymaps. You will find that you will have a special target macro for all toons. This macro will have target names in it.

When I fought keseleth he wiped me several times with frost tomb and adds.

This is how I beat keseleth ->

make a macro /target ice tomb or whatever that icy casing thing is. Put that macro in the same place for all toons. When keseleth ice tombs a toon, press the macro key and have every toon dps it down. The tomb will go away fast.

Also because of tombs and adds this encounter can be a major drain on mana. So learn to manage mana, don't be spamming dots on adds or the tombs.

Here is the order to tackle things in the encounter ->

    If nothing else keseleth
    icy tomb
    adds
    keseleth

if you dont address the adds and tombs you will wipe. Manage your mana through that time as well. use AOE on the adds.

    Spam heals on the tank.

So ignore keseleth each time there are adds and clear them and tombs asap? I did manage to get a macro kind of working which was targeting the Icy Tomb and also as I went through the fight for the millionth time it seemed little easier until i finally downed him.
Funny thing for me is that I have ran all these instances (mainly as a healer on my pally and druid) and so i should know these fights better, but sad thing is that running heroics is a nuke fest with pugs and so a lot of the fight mechanics are lost and so only now am I seeing the subtle mechanics of the fights, a big example of this was the second boss in UK, I never noticed before that he does a ghost thing once you down the caster and so it seems from what I read here that the best plan is to get him to about 30% and then kill the warrior guy?
Again subtle mechanics but stuff that cause a wipe

On normal? Yeah. Heroic I'm not certain, but pretty sure it's the same.

He hits like a little girl on normal, but the tombs will hurt.

Since you have 3 pets you can just click on the tomb and hit petattack.

I took a brief look at your tank. My tank is quest geared with 2 pieces of epics and my group beat him. I think all you need to do is learn how to manage your team abilites and what your toons can do in a fight.

Keseleth also likes to move away when he summons adds and does icy tomb. When your slaves do AoE to get rid of the adds, death grip Keseleth into the AoE.

Here are some tips for future instancing ->

Target macro. You will need one for the anomolus encounter at the nexus.
    Have multiple spam buttons.
Learn to strafe your slave toons out of hot spots.
You will have to set up some kind of AoE
Have a heal rotation for the tank and heal buttons for everybody. Interweave those with an occasional group heal.
Have anti fear abilities on the bar for all toons in the same spot. Thats trinkets and racials. Or use tremor totems.
dispel magic, remove curse, remove poison set up.
Oh shit buttons for all toons.

There are more but I am at work and don't have access to my interface.

    Oh and practice, practice practice.

I don't know if this will work for everyone, But I've had a lot of success keeping my entire party right on top of my tank for this fight. He doesn't seem to do any AoE moves, and so I find it very beneficial to keep my DPS grouped with my tank.

Not only does this make getting the adds off the DPSers easy, but you're immediately in range for all sorts of aoe moves, nomatter who gets hit with ice block.

I'm running the four shamans and a bear, so I have it a bit easier than some, I'm sure, but basically. I just spam swipe and make sure magma totems are always down, and this boss is a joke. I'm sure there's an equivalent thing most other teams could do.

But yah, I suggest bunching up your toons and aoeing to victory. Adding a /target to your macros probably wouldn't hurt, either, but I don't need it with the way I do the fight.

The one time I set up my DPS perfectly before the fight, I actually ended up wiping on it. haha. Every since then I auto-follow right to the boss and then just back up a tiny bit to break auto follow and swipe my way to victory.

This may or may not work for you, but I am running a team with 5 druids; Bear, Tree and three owls. I don't bother with the iceblocks since normal aoe in my rotation takes care of them sooner or later. I keep rolling hots on whoever is trapped and go about my regular business with the prince as if nothing happened. Only time I target the ice block is if the tank or possibly healer is stuck in one.

This works really well for me both normal and hc.
