Warrior tanking macros

Hi!

Anyone running with warrior tank? What is your tanking-macro? Or do you bind your abilities into different keys?

How about healing?


My cordination skills are so lousy that I vould like to have basically following:

- 1 button macro which handles tanking as warrior. Doesn't need to be optimal - I'm not trying to reach uber-efficiency and speed
- 1 button macro for DPS (elemental shaman, 2x shadow priests) which I could smash to kill stuff
- Healing would be macroed independently for each party member so this would take 5 buttons


I'm running with Mac. I have G13 keypad and razr naga mouse - so I have plenty of buttons to bind stuff into
