Wotlk - ICC - Farming 10man for Ashen Verdict rep

In case some non-raiders think about getting Ashen Verdict Rep for the ring rewards: Go for it, entrance trash isn't too hard (15 rep per normal elite).
I've 5-boxed some trash and did some more killing later on with 5+1. We triggered a Deathbound Ward mob once, kinda rough, but we got him down with pally + 2 healers + 3 dps (75 hard earned rep).

Yeah, getting 3000 rep aint impossible with a 2x5 grp. Cleared all four bosses with my main tonight

You will prolly get 300-350 rep from the trash in start.

The Deathbound Wards seems to be triggered by randomly placed traps (didn't check it myself, friend who grinded to honored first day told me about it).
So be careful, those mobs are probably pure rape for a non-raiding 5-box (without the 2nd healer we wouldn't have killed one). About 1.5mil health + hard melee hitters + Disrupting Shout spell -> stop casting/jump or you get locked out of your spellschool.
They reset if you pull them through the gate though.

Those traps are actually invisible unless you got a rogue in the party who can also disarm them.
I got my rings yesterday (just friendly) and it really wasn't that bad albeit not very entertaining.

The Wards are indeed not much fun at all but you can always run out and back into the starting room when you got a trap triggered since they evade.

I usually got about 280 rep per run and then waited a few minutes for the mobs to reset.

Yay, friendly now.. My 1st Deathbound Ward dropped some lvl 264 legs for my healer (Leggings of Dubious Charms) which made up for the huge repair bill

Cleared up to the boss but after a quick read of the tactics I thought better of it and continued farming. After that, I didn't bother pulling the last few groups of mobs each run as I found them a little painful.

Well worth spending a little time on this for the ring

Edit: I kept my team just inside the friendly area and tanked in the arch way, which made it easy to reset. The npcs helped kill the wards in that position so i could spec 2 healers & 2 dps (cos i got mashed to a pulp with just 1 healer).

Gosh no, level 264 BoEs are dropping in normal ICC 10, happy days.
