im delayed so far by 3 days for just doing a faction change stage 1 of 3. really starting to get anoyed with this. im glad i be over soon.

Seems like everyone get trouble when trying to faction change and/or transfer to another server. This might not be the best time to do it either:/ ..alot of ppl playing these days and with the new patch server is pretty hopeless...well, gl to u! =)))

its happend again during server transfer, last char...oh nearly done bang locked.

every weekend for 2 weeks they locked me out of playing cant believe this. i cant make the last payment because of thier dumb payment system keeps rejecting my card, 4th time this has happend.

Same credit card, or not, thing is, most of the times it will block on the 5th payment. Chances inscrease in case u have a system to generate visas based on a bank account, a credit card generated for each payment.

The battle.net move wasn't such a bright one, thousands have problems everyday and they simply can't handle it. Now...should i pay my accounts this month to be blocked on the last one?

Totally agree... For paying accounts I use the tremor totem technique... staggered payments

thats's what blizzard advised me last night after removing the block, space out the payments. ive spent a heap amount this month on 9 monthly subscriptions + moving 12 chars to a new server. all together cost me near 600 quid. in dollars that probl 900 or somin..

and i wonder why i get blocked for trying to move 15 chars to a diff server

YES!!! its been completed finally after 5 phone calls several e-mails and 15 transactions i got my shaman and tank moved here.

It's an incredible pita... Also had to call several times, as they simply don't read the tickets/emails.
Once ur payment gets rejected about 2 or 3 times, theres no reason to continue trying, as the account is locked, and they need to check it and unlock it.

Also had problems while faction changing my last shaman, the 5th. Yesterday i tested my luck and payed all my accounts at the same time, and it worked out, yay!

Sure is. I had a character failed to faction transfer. Then I setup two raf accounts and upgraded to vanilla.
A day later they get locked and reset to trial.

Phoned them today, and it's possible I can upgrade my trial accounts - which in turn means I'll get a shift on levelling a rogue team.
