I dunno, doesn't seem worth a lot for me, even for BGs only. They are a fun gimmick but I like to change totems frequently and often just overwrite them before their duration ends. The fact that they just run around like crazy thhings and not necessarily target who I want (unlike magma for melee) kind of bugs me.
