Oh finally some benefits for choosing tauren for my shamans lolz. All other shamans, you might miss the stun.
On 2nd thought, 4 of those + magma + 4 TS can be enough to kill melees while you unload your pressure on range or healers. Nice addition to melee range dmg while not losing any range burst.
