Farm bgs, and for weps, u could run ToC HC, for the daggzor Do as me, have your "main" shaman dualspecced Healer, then u use focus macros for heal = you can have target on boss to let ur "slaves" assist u, and u can still heal your focus (the tank). Easy as hell
