The BRD "quick spawners" in the lyceum (I assume this is what you're talkin' about) don't give full XP. I tried it a couple of weeks back. Not worth the effort and time. I just do the entire Ring of Law area with my shammies (3x - to catch them up to my other sham and pally's level) and 70 mage (mediocre gear) in about 25 minutes killing an average of 5 packs a pull. My shamans healed my mage.
