Default What software is best for me?

Ok, I want to duel box WoW with one pc atm. hoping to get my other pc going soon. The thing i want to do is - Have two wows running and have some software that will broadcast my key strokes for the main wow to the second wow, so they both move at the same time and same direction. I want to be able to hit say W and both move forward without any /follow macros. would love some software that would copy my mouse and keystrokes to each window so both my characters move at the sametime and same direction.

    (hope i explained good enough......)

Thank you again and this place is awesome

Awesome. It's almost as if you've come here because you know there is great info, yet you have read none of it.

    Try the stickies.
    Try the FAQs.
    Try the Search function.
    Try reading POSTS.

    Good god.

Also, /follow is your friend. You won't successfully keep 5 (or 2 for that matter) toons in line with replicating movement keys, just won't happen (in my experience).

Wait, did we just get trolled?

Oh, and just in case, don't take squiggies post as mean-spirited or unhelpful. We've done a lot of work pulling together info and answering these types of questions the first several times they were asked. There really is a wealth of info here for you to digest at your leisure.

Secondary answer: if you can't be bothered to look up here what is so easily found and brainalyze the rest through curious planning or banzai trial-and-error (I'm the latter ) then you may find boxing a daunting process rather than a fun hobby.

For future reference, try this on anything you want to ask:

    google.com
    in the search box, type:
    site:dual-boxing.com <search term> <search term 2> <etc.>

Basically, do the exact same thing you do in your other google searches but add the site: syntax to it. Works great and is more tunable than the phpBB search stuff, IMO!

    Seriously, check this out:

I thought it was highly unusual that he spelled it correctly in his name "Dualbox" but not in his post "duel box"........... :P

Well, have faith in our research. We've covered a LOT of the more esoteric topics here over the last what, year or so? I mean everything, from lag to macros to /follow issues to pet targeting problems to class spell prioritization when running instances...just tons of stuff.

    Enjoy your searching!
