With something like Clique, the addon doesn't even need to have the option for click heals, although Healbot and Vuhdo frames support this.

The only real requirement is to have a fixed sort order, usually alphabetical.
That way, no matter which screen you are on, when you click the top box, it refers to the same toon for everyone.
