10 boxing

10 of almost any caster class would be unstoppable in pvp, especially shamans, spriests or warlocks even I might post a QQ thread on the oboards if I got rolled by a 10man like that lol. As for pve
atleast 2 tanks, id go with either paladins or druids (likely paladins) for healers I would have to go with priests or resto shamans. atleast 2 shamans for their totems would be huge buffs to party and for CC+DPS mages/locks so hmm lets break it down

2 paladins (tank)
3 priest or 2 priest+1 shaman for healing
1-2 shamans (elemental) for dps
2 mages (would likely go fire for stronger dps)
2 warlocks for CC and dps
and maybe one spriest to round out the warlocks for dps.

3 healers are not a requirement at all but having 3 healers for 10man content turns it towards the trivial side of things and with the inherent difficulty of 10 boxing this safety net is something you will want.

Still cant imagine how painful leveling those up in a 10man group is going to be, you would have to grind on normal mobs and would taking a major exp hit for being in a raid.

If you're just talking kara, I'd think 8 Ele shammy, 1 Pally tank, and 1 Druid tank would rock. Yeah you don't have any CC, but every toon is pretty sturdy (provided you don't gear out in cloth/leather for stats) and zomg the totems! Plus you have 8 reincarnates so.... plenty of tries without having to run back. Then you get the nice cross buffs from Pally and Druid, battle rez if you're just that cool, etc.

AV is your best bet..... and with 10 v 1, you gib people. So think AoE.

I'd agree here. However, it would also depend on what you will be doing more of.
If you are doing pure AVs then I would go 8 mages without a doubt, fire spec. The raw burst damage you get with 8 Dragons Breath/Blast Wave/Arcane Explosion wouldn't be matched. You're talking like 10k damage in 3 seconds.

If you're doing ABs or WSGs, then I don't think mages would cut it. I would go with 8 warlocks. You get more "Drive by" dps, and you can tap + circle of healing and probably not have to stop to cast and/or drink, ever.

I don't think shamans mix well with either mages or warlocks, because a lot of their DPS comes from focus fire, requireing you to stop and cast. That is, of course, you are good at macromanaging two groups.

4mages/4warlocks would be doable, I hope you have room on your x-keys.

You want 10 lvl 70 characters to do what exactly? PVP?

Be prepared to be seirously dissapointed. I mean the height of your career is going to be spawn camping at AV just arcane explosioning everyone to death instantly. Thats ABOUT it....

Kara with one person? Very difficult to impossible. Too much individual movement. Me and vyn think we can do SOME fights with 2 people controlling 10 characters... but just think about the fights, doing it all at once is going to be very difficult.

Areans? Ya no 10 man
WSG? You can zerg offesne, then hunt flag and cap, but you're going to get rolled by anyone who knows how to /fear.

AV? Spawn camping would be your best. Just wait for the rez wave, blast nova * 10, + ae * 10. Even if you get feared, they're already dead.

I mostly agree with Suvega.
Personally, I think you should do a fair bit of five boxing first. Not only would it make 10 boxing that much easier to get the hang of, but you may realize that 5 is plenty.
