You basically want to pull the spells out of the spell book.
Place them somewhere, where they're visible but won't be clicked on.

Then watch your sequence.
You want each to fire off, as the cooldown allows.
Or as the dot runs out.

Add commas to increase the delay.
Or remove commas to fire an ability off sooner.

I think the lowest actual target dummies are 60th.
But the alts will work well, just pick a safe place.
