I have been using Fraps for recording and Windows Movie Maker to produce my clips but the quality is lacking. What's the best software I can get for video editing fairly cheap that'll make HQ videos? Is there better software than Fraps for recording?

I think it's just the type of video your putting out, I use fraps and stuff and my quality video is better. You need to experiment with the end format.

It should be like the HD 720p or whatever is good for those videos.
