Slats & Ooga blow up Patchwerk 10 Man

So myself and Ooga hit 80 about the same time and have been meaning to try raid something as a duo. On the spur of the moment we decided to give Naxx 10 and later on OS25 a go.

We killed Patchwerk which showed us that Shamans who are not hit capped and wearing quest blues and pvp gear really dont quite cut it, but thanks to both our tanks having some decent gear we pulled through.

We are hoping to tackle some more instances, I have a Druid I'm thinking about swapping in and Ooga maybe a Shadow Priest for Replenishment.

Nice job. If you have the right characters for it I suggest doing Patchwerk with only 1 tank. My mid-geared tank(35k hp buffed and only 532 def) was able to solo tank him with just a ilvl200 epics druid rolling HoTs and a blue/green geared resto shaman topping him off. It seems easier to me to heal 1 tank on him than 2 and it gives you an extra full-time dps vs a tank dps. You can get the achievement for killing him under in 3 mins this way if you still need it.

Oh and don't skip the pat that goes through the blob room. If you do the blobs will respawn and come at you after you start him. Not a pleasant site seeing them all running at you in the middle of the fight.
