Default Grid healing with regions question

Ok, I am using ISBoxer, Grid, Clique and XPerl. Could I just configure Clique to use the XPerl frames and drop my region over my party frames? This would eliminate Grid. From what I gather people like how Grid displays information intuitively, but all I want is healing made e-z. Does anyone do this like this?

Although my setup is not exactly what you describe this is essentially what I do. The only "ui" frame I use is Target and everything else is in grid but I have my repeater zone over my party in grid and then I simply mash the button I wish and on the healer end I use

    /cast [target=mouseover,help][help]target=tanksname] heal

This way if I am I have a "mouseover" a toon in the grid it will cast the heal on that person otherwise, otherwise it heals the target I have selected (by left mouse clicking) and if I don't have a target (the norm) then it heals the tank.

I find this setup intuitive and really easy to use.

Xperl frames by themselves will be fine for what you are doing. I find I only need Grid when playing a dedicated healer in a raid, and then because I want an easy way to tell when my resto hots are about to fall off someone without scanning buff bars or buff counts.

    Whack-a-mole healing for the win...

Generally, the reason for Grid, Healbot, OpenRDX or Vuhdo is because we are not on the healer toon(s), but want the healer toon(s) to heal.

The top frame is the current character, for each respective window.
That means the bottom characters (in the party section) is different on every account.

The repeater region sends the mouse click to precisely the same position on the recipients screen.
So when you click on a given frame on your master/tank account.
It is not necessarily the same character, even if it is the frame in the same position.

If you could order your Xperl frames, so the entire party was alphabetically sorted, including the active character, then this would work. As in, get rid of the Player Frame entirely. Then include the Player Frame in the Party Frames, and sort all five alphabetically on all five clients.

It's generally easier to do this with Grid + Grid Custom Layouts, Healbot, OpenRDX or Vuhdo.

I know Pitbull allows you to organize party alphabetically and include Player in the party. I am using Pitbull with Clique when Vuhdo has casting bars, a better way to configure ToT and consistent raid ordering I will go back to it.

I am sure Xperl has the ability to arrange by name at least I would think it would being such a mature addon.
