Lvl 76 - 80 Question

I got a mail for the Argent Tournament dailies when I dinged 77 I believe.
Is the Ebon hold stuff available lower than 80? I did those and Sons of Hodir when I was 80 with previous toons, never tried them below 80.
I think Sons of Hodir starts in the small town in the snow with the goblin guys lol.
Kinda excited to be back up round there, also I have crafters waiting to make stuff when I hit 78, some nice plate blues etc

Pretty sure you can do the Icecrown stuff at 77th.
And you'll be doing it to unlock dailies anyway.
So doesn't hurt to do it, to level up on.

Well I started the Icerown quest chains at K3 , it just seems to be going a lot faster than before. I remember the last toon I solo leveled, 78 - 80 just flew by, let's hope this is the same , also there is a lot more gold flowing in from the quests
