If you're going barebones for the ease of upgrading, which is the best way to go for those new and apprehensive about building their own, then look for one that does not include a power supply. Buy your power supply individually so that you have one that is made from a decent company. If you want recommendations, ask at www.tomshardware.com . A poor PS can ruin a great system. It's like buying a Ferrari with a mini-van engine.
