It really depends what you need to connect it to.

Xzin and Bradster used a PS/2 X-keys because PS/2 was the only way of Multicasting it to multiple PC's using the Hardware only route.

USB Multicaster has now come out.

If you are using Keyclone to send Keys then it doesnt matter which you use.

Latency is pretty similar.
